I’ve just recently moved to the Omaha area and have been exploring all of the food spots. Dynamite was recommended by a friend, so I took my daughter here for a special evening. Every single part about this place was thoughtful. The staff, the decor, most importantly, the food. It was an experience for us for sure. The chef was engaging and the food he brought us was incredible. Different levels of flavor and much appreciated on a cold day. The two working the grill cooked the best steak I’ve ever had, which is something to me. The individual waiting on our table was amazing as well. Very seriously, everything was perfection for us, so thank you.
Wife and I run across country motorcycle trip. We had dinner here and we're pleasantly surprised. Cocktails were spectacular. The service was impeccable. Food was pretty good too. You can really feel the heat radiating from the wood fired grill. It's a pretty cool machine to look at too.
We sat at the bar and it is so cool to see the fire grill and the chef prepare the steak. The food was really good, we shared a NY strip and it was super flavorful. Service was really good too, maybe a touch slow to bring out drinks, but not too big a deal since we were enjoying the spectacle of the grill. Only thing is that the plates were not preheated, so our food was cold by the time we finished it. The sides were ok, sauce was good.
I just want to start off by saying that this place is absolutely delightful, we have now been here twice and have booked our next reservation already! This place was so amazing that we drove 3 hours just to enjoy the experience and we are going to come here once a month! the moment you walk into the restaurant you are immediately greeted by the hostess (we had Rae (she was absolutely wonderful!!)), and once seated our waiter Steven was both knowledgeable and saw to our every need! Our glasses were never empty, and he was always close by if we ever needed anything. Not only Steven but also the entire staff including management went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Every dish we have ordered here was always cooked to perfection and was of the highest quality including the desserts!! They take 5 star dining to a whole new level, and would definitely recommend a visit!!!
Truly incredible experience both food and service! We enjoyed the Green & Gold cocktail (refreshing), the complimentary cornbread, the panko coated blue cheese stuffed olives (YUM!) , the AMAZING 95% crab crabcake with delicious slaw, and the wonderful snapper with fresh gnocchi! OMG - we truly loved everything, including our sweet waiter who delivered everything with a smile (blonde hair, in case he somehow gets credit). This wasn’t our first time there. It’s a bit of a drive for us but the warm, serene atmosphere & everything mentioned above is worth every mile.
I want to share my experience at the restaurant Dynamite Woodfire Grill and the excellent service provided by Chef Jose Angel (Jose). I wish I could give him more than five stars! The food was delicious and prepared exactly as I requested. I didn’t have to wait long for our meals. My daughter is very picky, and it was fascinating to see her eating and enjoying everything. Overall, my experience was excellent, and the customer service was amazing. I highly recommend this place!
My son and daughter in law took me here for my birthday. Janeva was our waitress and she was such a pleasure. The food was excellent.i would definitely encourage anyone to go there and hopefully you will get Janeva as your waitress
My family was in town for 3 days visiting Creighton. We had reservation at a different restaurant for dinner each night. We loved the food so much we ended up having dinner here all three night. We have severe food allergies, they were very accommodating and attentive with our meals. The steak were amazing and I highly suggest the carrots, mac and cheese, asparagus, and the Brussel sprouts as sides. It was also fun that last night Senator Bernie Sanders was eating at the table next to us.
